2005 Signature McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine has been handcrafted from some of the finest quality fruit in the country. This exceptional blend of McLaren Vale, Padthaway and Coonawarra fruit has produced a magnificent example of a rich, complex, full bodied wine with a good length of flavour, integrated with soft tannins. The wine has been nurtured in French oak barriques for 12 months and will develop further with careful cellaring.
