Harvest
commences in late February and continues to mid March.
The winery currently crushes approx. 45 tonnes of
fruit and produces an estimate 50,000 bottles annually
from the 18 acres of vines on the Port Stephens property
Wines are made by contract in the Hunter Valley by
specialised wine contracting and bottling companies.
