Group
Booking Information and Conditions
BOOKINGS
Group bookings are essential. Group bookings without
catering are still required to book regardless of numbers.
For guest comfort, only one group at a time will be booked
for wine tastings. (Please do not Email bookings at this time).
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation for catering must be received in writing no later
than 7 days prior to the requested date. Confirmed bookings
must include the date, number of guests, time of arrival and
menu selection. All bookings will be re-confirmed by return
fax.
It
is important to inform the winery if your itinerary is on
a tight schedule.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be
received in writing no later than 7 days before the
due date. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may incur
a 50% charge.
MINIMUM
BOOKINGS
Lunch
bookings require a minimum of 20 pax per group. There
is no minimum numbers for groups booking for a wine tasting
only.
PAYMENTS
The Port Stephens Winery excepts all major credit cards, company
cheques, cash and voucher payments. Credit on voucher payments
is strictly 30 days.
INSURANCE
The Port Stephens Winery has a $5 million public liability
policy that also includes product liability. Whilst all due
care is taken, the Port Stephens Winery takes no responsibility
for the loss or damage to personal belongings whilst at the
winery nor will it be responsible for changes to itineraries
due to adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
TRADING
HOURS
The Port Stephens Winery is open 7 days a week from 10am -
5pm (closed Good Friday and Christmas Day only). After
hours group functions can be arranged. |
