Port Stephens Winery and Murray’s Brewery

Vines
- The only working winery, brewery and licensed restaurant, all in the one location, in the region.

Port Stephens Winery is the peninsula’s oldest and most successful vineyard. Set on 35 acres of natural bushland and lush vineyards, more than 8 grape varieties are grown on our property and used to make our Port Stephens Wines range.

We also offer the popular Salamander Wines, Skinny Dip Wines and Sailor Wines ranges – with a wide variety of quality, value-for-money reds, whites, ports, muscats and of course our highly popular Celtic Cream made exclusively for Port Stephens Winery.

Visitors can taste and purchase quality estate and other wines at our Cellar Door, browse through our gourmet produce store and walk through our picturesque vineyards.

Port Stephens Winery shares its home with Murray’s Craft Brewing Co, Australia’s most extreme craft beer brewer.
Highly popular Brewery Tours take place daily at 2pm – which include a walk through the vines and hops garden to the Brewery for an educational session and tasting.

There’s entertainment every Sunday and a program of regular events including the annual “Jazz At the Winery” fundraiser concert in March, “Murray’s Brews and Blues Festival” at Easter, and “Oktoberfest” in October.

There’s acres of space for kids to run around while Mum and Dad savour a Murray’s beer, an estate wine and some great food from our restaurant.

Murray’s Brewery
Murray’s Ales With Attitude – unconventional, often unique and always full flavoured craft beers – are available across Australia. The world-class quality of its brews is recognised through a fast-growing following of beer lovers, as well as multiple international and Australian beer awards.

All of Murray’s beers are brewed onsite at Port Stephens. Visitors can sample up to six draught beers at our Cellar Door, as well as purchase bottled beers or filled ‘growlers’ to take away.

The Brewery Restaurant
The fully licensed Brewery Restaurant uses fresh, in-season, locally and regionally grown produce. We do this for taste and sustainability. The same passion and hand-crafting that goes into producing our world-class beers goes into our food - courtesy of Head Chef, Adam Ritchie, and the team.
